Special Considerations for Puppies:

Puppies require extra care and attention during grooming due to their distinct behavior. Therefore, an additional fee of 99 DKK will be added for puppies under one year of age, as grooming may take longer to ensure their comfort.

Breed Size Categories:

To better serve your pets, we categorize grooming services based on their size:

  • S (Small): Under 10 kg
  • M (Medium): 10-18 kg
  • L (Large): 18-31 kg
  • XL (Extra Large): 31 kg or more

Important Information for Grooming Sessions:

  • Coat Condition: Please arrive with your dog with as dry a coat as possible before clipping, even if it is raining or snowing outside (wear a jacket if necessary).
  • Ventilation: Ensure your dog is well-ventilated, having defecated and peed before arrival, as it will not have the opportunity for approximately 1.5-2 hours during grooming.
  • Teddy Bear Cut: For a teddy bear cut, ensure your dog is completely brushed/knot-free on arrival, as this type of grooming requires additional time.
  • Adherence to Appointed Times: Adhere to the agreed-upon times for arrival and collection to ensure a stress-free and personalized grooming experience.
